The Role The Role We are seeking educators who believe relationships matter and that every student—regardless of age, background, or previous academic experience—can succeed with the right support, structure, and encouragement. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Social Studies, ESL, and other core academic content areas, including U.S. History, Algebra, and Biology. However, we welcome educators from diverse certification areas who are capable of supporting learners in a personalized, relationship-centered, credit-recovery environment. Teachers serve as mentors, facilitators, and advocates who guide students through individualized learning plans while helping them build confidence, accountability, executive functioning skills, and academic success. Our educators create structured yet compassionate learning environments where students are challenged, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, innovation, collaboration, restorative practices, and student-centered instruction.
