In this role, you will support children's academic, social, and emotional development through structured activities, creative play, and personalized attention. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children to explore new interests, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners' lives while fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise children in a variety of activities including homework help, arts and crafts, sports, theater, and recreational games Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful environment Support children with special educational needs by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance Ensure the safety of all children by following proper childcare protocols and administering basic first aid when necessary Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and behavior Coordinate with other staff members to plan engaging curriculum-based activities aligned with childhood development principles Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote cooperation, respect, and social skills among children Skills Strong classroom management abilities with experience in behavior management techniques Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development best practices Experience working with children in childcare, daycare, or camp settings Ability to provide first aid and handle emergency situations confidently Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members Familiarity with special education strategies and working with children with diverse needs Passion for teaching, tutoring, sports coaching, or theater activities that inspire creativity and learning
