Job Overview Elite Solution LLC is seeking passionate, dedicated, and student-focused educators to join our team for the upcoming academic year. We are hiring qualified teachers for both Middle School and High School positions across multiple subject areas. Our educators play a vital role in creating engaging classrooms where students are challenged academically while receiving the support they need to succeed. We are looking for professionals who are committed to excellence, collaboration, and helping students reach their full potential. Current Teaching Opportunities We are accepting applications in the following subject areas: English Language Arts (ELA) Mathematics Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Integrated Science) Social Studies (History, Government, Geography, Civics) Spanish Other Foreign Languages Art Music Physical Education Health Computer Science Career & Technical Education (CTE) Special Education Electives and Intervention Programs Applicants may be considered for both middle school and high school openings based on qualifications and campus needs. Essential Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state and district curriculum standards. Deliver high-quality instruction that supports diverse learning styles and student needs. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess student learning through a variety of instructional methods and provide timely feedback. Maintain accurate student records and documentation. Communicate effectively with parents, administrators, and colleagues. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and campus activities. Collaborate with instructional teams to improve student achievement. Serve as a positive role model while maintaining professional standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or the applicable content area. Texas teaching certification preferred. Candidates with relevant classroom experience may also be considered. Ability to successfully complete a fingerprint-based background check. Excellent classroom management skills. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse educational environment. Preferred Qualifications One or more years of classroom teaching experience. Experience working with middle school or high school students. Knowledge of Texas curriculum standards and instructional best practices. Compensation Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and assignment.
