Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves educating students, internalizing and customizing engaging instruction aligned to learning standards, and engage with parents and the community to support student growth and achievement. Responsibilities Internalize and customize engaging lessons that align with learning standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Use data to drive high quality instruction and make adjustments in the moment to improve student outcomes. Implement high quality instruction using data and real-time feedback to students to improve outcomes. Goal-setting with students to ensure their progress and ability to achieve and exceed goals. Educate students by promoting critical thinking and creativity. Implement in the moment coaching and feedback to improve instructional practices and outcomes. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Collaborate with education administration to ensure compliance with school policies and regulations. Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. LOA showing you have been accepted into an ACP and are seeking your certification. Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of educational best practices. Proficiency in proofreading and writing educational materials for clarity and effectiveness. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
