Co-Teacher / Learning Guide (Summer & School Year Opportunities)

Victory Creative Learning is a growing microschool serving students ages 3-12 in a structured, hands-on learning environment. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Co-Teacher (Learning Guide) to support classroom instruction and student supervision. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working with small groups, following structured lesson plans, and supporting students with diverse learning needs. Role Summary The Co-Teacher supports daily classroom operations by implementing lesson plans, maintaining active supervision, and assisting with transitions and student engagement. This role requires independence, consistency, and the ability to follow established systems without constant direction. Key Responsibilities Follow daily schedules and lesson plans exactly as written Lead small groups and assist with whole group instruction Maintain active supervision of students at all times Support transitions (indoor/outdoor, activities, lunch, etc.) Use positive behavior strategies and consistent expectations Prepare and organize materials before and after lessons Maintain a clean, safe, and structured classroom environment Communicate with the Lead Teacher regarding student needs Requirements Experience working with children (education, childcare, camps, tutoring, etc.) Ability to follow structured routines and classroom systems Strong classroom presence and communication skills Ability to manage small groups independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting students with different learning needs Background in early childhood or elementary education Familiarity with small group instruction or learning centers Important Expectations Active supervision is required at all times Staff must follow schedules, lesson plans, and procedures consistently This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and initiative Personal business, phone use, or non-work activities are not permitted during working hours Schedule Monday-Friday Summer and school-year opportunities available Part-time and full-time positions available based on enrollment Victory Creative Learning is committed to providing a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Pay:

$14.50 - $15.50 per hour
