What you'll do Develop and implement innovative curriculum tailored to meet diverse learning needs. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain an orderly learning environment. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in literacy, math, physical education, and other subjects. Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide individualized support as needed. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to support students with special needs or early intervention requirements. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Create a safe and nurturing space for children that promotes their overall well-being. Basic qualifications Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. Preferred qualifications Background in early childhood education or preschool experience. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other innovative teaching approaches. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring.
