Summer School Cooking Teacher

Job description: Join LIFT Enrichment as a Chef Teacher! Join LIFT Enrichment and teach healthy culinary workshops in Title I school districts. We've taught over 75,000 students since 2010 and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of 200+ Chef Teachers. Why Join Us?

Great Pay:

We compensate for grocery shopping, prep, teaching, and cleanup.

Single Workshop:

approximately 3.5 hours pay.

Double Workshop:

approximately 5 hours pay.

Requirements Availability:

Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM (2-3 days per week) Experience working with kids: i.e. summer camp counselor, retired teacher, etc.

Experience cooking:

i.e. basic meals (no formal or professional chef experience is required)

Logistics:

Must have reliable transportation.

Operations:

Lead groups of 15-20 students, transport provided culinary kits, and teach fun recipes from our curriculum like: i.e. Black Bean Quesadillas and Crispy Chicken Tenders.

Note:

This is a Seasonal/Part-Time Employment, perfect for retired teachers or college students. .
