Our programs introduce K-12 students to computer programming, game design, and hands‑on STEM activities. This part‑time role is perfect for high school and college students who already have coding experience and enjoy working with younger learners. The position begins in the summer. Current students at Houston‑area colleges with flexible availability and interest in staying long‑term are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Lead fun and interactive lessons that introduce students to coding and STEM concepts. Support students as they build projects using tools such as Scratch, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, and other beginner‑friendly platforms. Create a welcoming, encouraging environment where students feel confident exploring technology. Communicate clearly with students and families when needed. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to teach each session. What We're Looking For Familiarity with coding basics and/or game‑based learning platforms (Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, etc.). Strong communication skills and a positive attitude with kids. Dependable, responsible, and comfortable leading small groups. Teaching or tutoring experience is helpful but not required. Must be a current high school or college student with coding experience. Must have reliable transportation. Flexible schedule and interest in staying beyond summer are preferred.

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
