Job Description

St. Paul Lutheran School is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered educator to join our team as a Middle School English Language Arts Teacher for the upcoming school year. Our middle school serves students in grades 5-8 in a nurturing, faith-filled environment that encourages academic excellence, leadership, and strong Christian character. We are looking for an educator who loves working with middle school students, values relationship-building, and is excited to help students grow in reading, writing, communication, and critical thinking skills while integrating faith into everyday learning.
Responsibilities Include:
Teach Middle School English Language Arts courses for grades 5-8 Foster a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment Encourage a love of reading, writing, and discussion Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to support student success Communicate effectively with students and families Integrate Christian values and faith into classroom instruction and relationships Participate in school events, chapel, and campus life
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification) Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for Christian education and student discipleship Experience working with middle school students preferred

$42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
