• Bristow is seeking a School Age Teacher to support children in our before
• and after-school program. This role focuses on providing a structured environment where school-age students can complete homework, participate in enrichment activities, and build positive peer relationships. This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with older children in a supportive and engaging setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise school-age students during before
• and after-school hours Support homework completion and independent learning habits Plan enrichment activities that encourage creativity and teamwork Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment Communicate with families regarding daily activities and participation Collaborate with center leadership and teaching team members Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma required Prior childcare or school-age program experience required Strong classroom supervision and communication skills Dependable and organized approach to supporting older learners Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
