Science/Math Alternative Middle School Teacher

MRUSD is seeking a Middle School Math/Science Teacher. This position will create grade appropriate programs and a positive class environment that motivates pupils to develop skills, knowledge, and attitudes, according to each pupil's ability, in order to develop a solid foundation for continued learning. Embraces and implements programs and activities in support of middle level philosophy and best practices. Establishes effective relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members to enhance learning opportunities.

Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelor of Arts degree required. Advanced work in related subject matter preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid Vermont Teaching License (Middle Level Grades 5-9) with multiple appropriate middle level endorsements.
