Job Description

After School Program Lead - Xavier Middle School Appleton, WI 54912 Part-time Part-time Xavier Catholic Schools is seeking a After School Program Lead to help support the daily operations of our after school programs at our middle school. This person will assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for students. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development and making a positive impact in a school setting. This is a part-time position 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe space for Xavier Middle School students after school Support learning, and after school activities Have fun!
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with children Proficient in using technology including hardware, software and applications Demonstrates teamwork skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds Skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining confidentiality Submission to a legal background check
