After School Class Leader

River Valley School District is seeking an energetic, positive, and compassionate individual to serve as an After School Class Leader for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, the candidate will lead a group of up to 20 students, ages 4-11, during after school hours, providing supervision during recreational/free-play time, facilitating planned activities, and overseeing a healthy snack time. The candidate will work closely with the Program Director to create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for students from River Valley Elementary and Intermediate Schools, while promoting positive behavior and building strong relationships. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team and make a meaningful impact on students' daily experiences in a fun and active environment. Ideally this is a 5 day a week job during the school year, but could be shared between two people. Interested applicants should apply through the River Valley School District employment portal. Ability to pass required background checks consistent with school district employment.
