Job Description
PMP Film Academy | 2026-2027 Academic Year Position Overview PMP Film Academy is currently building its founding team of educators for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is designed for adaptable, forward-thinking individuals who thrive in a non-traditional, multi-grade, mastery-based learning model while maintaining rigorous academic expectations and strong classroom structure. At PMP Film Academy, students do not just sit at desks; they engage in focused academic instruction alongside immersive, project-based learning—including daily involvement in film and creative production. Teachers here play a dynamic dual role. You will drive core academic growth and subject mastery, while simultaneously helping students build confidence, professional communication skills, and real-world application on set and in the classroom. Our school model is intentionally designed for both student engagement and teacher sustainability. Rather than the standard 150-day grind, our accelerated academic calendar is highly focused, featuring built-in restorative breaks throughout the year. Daily schedules also offer flexibility through staggered start times, allowing our founding teachers to select a schedule that best fits their lifestyle and availability. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, proactive classroom management, and the ability to seamlessly co-facilitate and collaborate within a shared-space environment. As a founding team member, you will help shape a consistent, organized, and deeply engaging culture for all students. (
