This role involves managing parent communications, supporting classes, maintaining the facility, and contributing to marketing and social media efforts. Responsibilities Center Operations & Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the TuniTuni and Plamu flagship center Ensure the center is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Parent & Customer Management Serve as the main point of contact for parents and visitors Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner Lead & Inquiry Follow-up Track and follow up on new leads and inquiries Support enrollment by maintaining consistent communication with prospective families Class Support Assist with class preparation, including materials and setup Provide in-class support to instructors as needed Capture high-quality photos and videos during classes for documentation and marketing Manage TuniTuni & Plamu social media accounts (content posting, engagement, updates) Support and execute advertising and promotional campaigns Coordinate with the team to create engaging content and increase brand awareness Qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable working with children and families Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in education, childcare, or customer service Interest in kids programs, art, or physical activity programs Basic photography/video skills
