Job Description

This is professional work leading the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf's (NMMOG) front-of-house operatio n s , overseeing admissions , ticket sales, guest services, and retail in the museum store, ensuring every visitor receives a welcoming , engaging, and memorable experience . Jurisdiction Yearly Rate City of Mobile $60,164 Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in hospitality, business, retail management, museum studies, or a related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail management, hospitality operations, visitor services, or a related public ­ facing environment; preferably with experience in supervising staff and managing customer service teams and additional experience preferred in retail merchandizing and sales reporting an POS systems; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
