Job Description

Responsible for the general administration of a YMCA branch, including planning, goal setting, fiscal management, key staff supervision, volunteer and community relations, program administration of core businesses, control and evaluation of operations, and financial development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, recreation or equivalent preferred. Five or more years of related experience in supervision, membership marketing, financial management, fundraising and community program development. Experience with computers including word processing and database software. Ability to direct the total operations through volunteer development, supervision of staff, development and monitoring of branch budget, marketing and public relations, and program development. Ability to work effectively with people. Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations. YMCA Senior Director experience and certification preferred.
