Job Summary Create exceptional guest experiences at one of the nation's most iconic cultural destinations. As the Banquet Manager, you will oversee banquet and catered event operations while ensuring seamless execution, elevated hospitality, and operational excellence. This role will lead event staff, coordinate service logistics, and partner with culinary and operations teams to deliver memorable experiences for guests and clients. Qualifications 3+ years of banquet, catering, or hospitality management experience Experience managing high-volume events and service teams Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Ability to manage multiple events and operational priorities simultaneously Experience with scheduling, labor management, and event coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management systems Ability to stand and move throughout event spaces for extended periods Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds as needed Key Responsibilities Oversee execution of banquet and catered events from setup through breakdown Supervise banquet staff and provide daily operational leadership Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards are maintained Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to execute event details Monitor staffing levels and labor deployment for events Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly Review event orders and ensure accurate room and service setups Support training and development of banquet team members Maintain organization and cleanliness of banquet and event spaces Curious about Life at Levy?
