SUMMARY:
Develops and implements engaging music curriculum following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy. The successful applicant will implement lessons that incorporate instrument playing, music theory, and appreciation while utilizing various instructional strategies to meet student needs in the classroom. Collaborate with various staff members to ensure student needs are being met. Ability to create and contribute to a positive learning environment for our students.
QUALIFICATIONS
Orchestra experience. Bachelor's Degree; one to two years related experience and/or training preferred. Appropriate valid Illinois Professional Educators License with K through 12 Music Endorsement.
