Comments and Other Information Global Education Academy (GEA) a high performing inner-city school, is looking for an elementary music teacher. This position is for the 2025-26 school year. We are seeking an engaging music instructor/teacher who:
- Is able to supervise and manage a class of up to 42 students
- Knowledgeable on designing curriculum and lesson plans
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Enjoys working with children
- Has a positive attitude and is able to work cooperatively with other staff
- Has prior experience in tutoring and teaching music
- Able to teach music through a variety of planned music experiences that include singing, moving to music, and playing instruments
- Coordinate performances for school assemblies, seasonal programs, and other events as needed.
