Job Summary HUAYUN Music Center is expanding and currently seeking passionate and experienced music instructors to join our growing team in Monterey Park.

We are hiring:

Piano Instructors Voice Teachers Violin Instructors Viola Instructors This is a part-time teaching position with flexible scheduling. Weekend availability is preferred. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Welcome Viola, Vocal, Piano, and Cello teachers to inspire and nurture students of all ages through engaging music education. Responsibilities Design and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to students' skill levels in viola, vocal performance, piano, or cello Develop comprehensive curricula that incorporate technical skills, music theory, and expressive performance techniques Manage classroom environments to ensure positive behavior, engagement, and safety for all students Provide personalized tutoring sessions to support individual learning needs and goals Plan and organize recitals, performances, or showcases to celebrate student achievements Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including working with children, adults, or students with special educational needs Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about development Requirements Proven experience in teaching music instruments or vocal training with a focus on viola, voice, piano, or cello Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to various age groups and skill levels Classroom management skills to foster a respectful and motivating learning environment Experience working with children, early childhood education knowledge, or preschool experience is highly desirable Ability to adapt teaching strategies for special education needs or behavioral management challenges Knowledge of childhood development principles and techniques for working with students of different ages Join us in inspiring the next generation of musicians!
