We specialize in cultivating the next generation of worship leaders and artists, providing quality instruction in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate Voice Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vocal performance and teaching, with the ability to work with students of varying ages and experience levels. This instructor will help students develop proper technique, confidence, and performance skills across a variety of styles, including contemporary, pop, gospel, and worship music. Responsibilities Teach private and/or small group voice lessons Develop customized lesson plans based on student goals Instruct students on vocal techniques, breath control, and stage presence Prepare students for recitals, performances, and auditions Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment Communicate progress and feedback with parents/guardians (for minors) Collaborate with other instructors and participate in school events Qualifications Formal training in voice or vocal performance (degree preferred but not required) Previous teaching experience (1-2 years minimum preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in contemporary, worship, gospel, or pop styles is a plus Ability to work with students of diverse ages and skill levels Reliable, punctual, and organized Must pass a background check To Apply Please send your resume, a brief cover letter, and any relevant performance or teaching samples to rnrschoolofmusic@gmail.
