Part-Time Multi-Instrumental Instructor

Headliner Music Academy is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Multi-Instrumental Instructor to join our team part-time. In this role, you will provide students of all ages with an inspiring and well-balanced music education, teaching theory and technique through music that students know and love. Our instructors develop well-rounded musicians who enjoy performing, recording in our studio, and composing original music. Position Responsibilities Teach private and semi-private lessons across multiple instruments Create an encouraging, fun, and focused lesson atmosphere for each student Assess a student's readiness to join a band or ensemble Assist at school events, recitals, and performances May repair equipment as needed and able Requirements Strong working knowledge of multiple instruments with a solid understanding of music theory and technique Ability to demonstrate and communicate music concepts effectively to students of all skill levels Ability to manage time and keep students on task in a lesson setting Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities Experience as a performer, whether solo, group, or both Experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians Ability to interact effectively and warmly with both children and adults Must be able to pass a background check Why Headliner Music Academy?
