We are committed to providing high-quality music education in a positive, supportive, and student-centered environment. Our academy offers both private lessons and group classes for students of all ages and skill levels. We provide administrative support, curriculum resources, scheduling assistance, and marketing so our teachers can focus on what they do best—teaching. Responsibilities Teach voice and piano lessons to students of various ages and skill levels Lead both private lessons and small group classes Teach at our academy location as well as partner schools and community programs Foster a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and staff Support student participation in performances, recitals, and special events Qualifications Strong proficiency in voice and piano instruction Solid understanding of music theory and musicianship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for music education and student development Experience teaching children and/or adults Experience teaching private lessons and/or group classes preferred Reliable transportation for travel to local school locations Ability to maintain a consistent teaching schedule Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Benefits W-2 employee position Paid Sick Leave Retirement plan eligibility Professional development and training opportunities Administrative and front desk support Marketing and student enrollment support Compensation for scheduled lessons, including certain student cancellations and no-shows Access to curriculum resources, sheet music, worksheets, and teaching materials Collaborative and supportive teaching environment About Tiffany Music Academy At Tiffany Music Academy, our mission is to build confidence through music education. The ideal candidate will be energetic, excited about teaching music, and have a passion for sharing music with others. Teachers will teach on site at our location and off site in local schools.
