We combine structured, academic curriculum with the convenience of personalized, in-home lessons. Join our team of expert educators and help shape the next generation of musicians. The Role Teach weekly private lessons (Guitar/Piano/Violin/Voice) to students of all ages and levels. You'll have students enrolled in either the Essentials Program or our comprehensive Conservatory Year , which includes recitals, ensemble coaching, and a structured graded curriculum. Teach in students' homes or virtually—you choose your preferred schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide engaging weekly private lessons Prepare students for performances, exams, and benchmarks Maintain clear communication with students and families Participate in optional recitals and events

Compensation Structure Base Rate:

Instructors earn $60 per hour for teaching students enrolled through Sutro's standard marketing and enrollment process. This is a guaranteed rate for all assigned students.
