Founded by a conservatory-trained musician and built from the ground up in a beautifully designed, purpose-built space, Crescendo offers private lessons and group classes for students of all ages. We're assembling our founding faculty — and we'd love for you to be part of it.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced piano teacher to join our founding team. You'll teach private lessons to students ranging from young beginners to advanced players, on brand-new Yamaha upright pianos in a warm, professionally equipped studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Teach private piano lessons in-studio
  • Tailor instruction to each student's level, age, and goals
  • Help students prepare for our seasonal showcases and recitals
  • A plus: lead a small group ensemble, such as a jazz combo or a pop/rock band.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong piano background (conservatory training, a music degree, or equivalent professional experience) Experience teaching a range of ages and levels Reliability, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm for working with students Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
Bonus:

DETAILS Location:
Glen Park, San Francisco (in-person) Part-time, independent contractor (1099) Flexible scheduling: afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Starting Pay 55$/hour
