Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with varying skill levels. Teach music theory, instrument techniques, vocal training, and performance skills. Organize and conduct individual and group lessons, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere for all students. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for performances, recitals, or competitions as appropriate. Maintain classroom management to ensure a productive learning space. Skills Strong background in music education or related fields. Experience with tutoring or adult education is preferred.
