Full Job Description Job Description:
We are looking for experienced early childhood teachers and/or music educators and private lesson instructors who: Love teaching and feel that working with young children is the best job ever. We prefer teachers who have at least 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) credits as required under California's Title 22 regulations, OR hold a valid California teaching credential for Pre-K or higher. Love to learn new things, can apply them in the classroom, and aren't afraid to be silly! Enjoy Circle Time and Music & Movement—because these are the best parts of the day! This is a full-time position where you'll have the opportunity to teach and inspire young learners. We bring specialized age-appropriate music programs to over 3,000 students each week. As the fastest-growing music enrichment program in the country, our teachers unite in our vision of bringing music and its benefits to as many children as possible. Why do we prefer a teacher with ECE Credits or a Teaching Credential Required? California's Title 22 regulations mandate that teachers working in early childhood education must have at least 12 ECE units unless they hold a valid teaching credential. These credits ensure that educators are trained in child development, classroom management, and age-appropriate instructional methods and are able to be alone with children in the classroom.
