If you teach Guitar, Piano, Voice, Drums, Trumpet , or other instruments and enjoy working with students of all ages, we'd love to meet you. This role is ideal for someone who loves inspiring students, creating engaging lessons, and helping them grow as musicians. Experience working with children and students with special needs is a strong plus. Responsibilities Create fun, effective lesson plans based on each student's goals and skill level Teach individual and small group lessons in a supportive environment Track student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed Maintain a positive, organized, and encouraging classroom atmosphere Use a variety of teaching strategies, including behavior and child-development techniques Prepare students for performances and recitals Communicate with parents/guardians to support student success Skills Experience teaching music to different age groups (children and adults) Experience with special needs students is a plus Ability to design engaging lessons for beginners through advanced students Comfortable with both one-on-one and small-group instruction Understanding of child development and diverse learning needs Bonus skills: bilingual , recording , DJ , or other creative abilities Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for motivating students
