Responsibilities Deliver engaging private and group music lessons tailored to diverse age groups, including early childhood, preschool, and adult learners, utilizing curriculum development techniques to enhance learning experiences Manage classroom environments effectively, incorporating classroom management strategies and behavior management to promote respectful and productive sessions Develop creative lesson plans in various muscial areas to enrich student engagement Provide tutoring support in areas such as singing, instrument playing, or music theory to help students achieve their personal goals Oversee front-desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, helping customers' need, and maintaining a friendly, professional reception area Coordinate administrative tasks such as enrollment processing, record keeping for student progress, and managing class schedules Assist with special events or performances that showcase student talents in music, theater, ballet, or other artistic disciplines Experience Proven experience in teaching music or related arts such as theater, ballet, dancing, or singing across different age groups Classroom experience with strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques Background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to children's developmental stages or adult education settings Familiarity with working with children and early childhood education principles including preschool experience and childcare familiarity Experience in administrative roles involving front-desk management or customer service in educational or community settings Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a lively and positive environment Join us in creating an inspiring space where music and arts education flourish!
