Private Music Instructor - Multiple instruments wanted Pirisen Music Lessons Centennial, CO Job Details Part-time | Contract From $30.80 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Music Working with children Bachelor's degree Teaching Full Job Description We are a music academy that prides itself on 20+ years of excellence in music for all ages. Private lessons are taught in our studios after school and weekends. Our mission is "inspiring the artist within" and we serve to become the largest and best Music Academy in the State of Colorado. Suzuki training / Suzuki certification is a plus but not required. A Bachelor's Degree is required (does not have to be in music) and a Masters degree is a plus. Must be dedicated to teaching and have a flexible schedule. The teachers' responsibilities include:
  • Creating an excellent musical environment for each student.
  • Teaching to the individual student and being able to recognize where improvement is needed.
  • Maintaining a professional, academic atmosphere. The position is posted for the Centennial and Littleton locations. Please attach a resume with your response. ~Why Teach at Pirisen~
Flexibility:
Teachers self-select their teaching days for private and/or group classes.
    Creativity:
    Teachers are encouraged to create new classes, camps and other programs.

      Teachers who are passionate, energetic and like to make learning fun while challenging themselves and their students will find a good home at Pirisen!
        Proximity:
        Teachers who live within 10 miles of one of are studios are encouraged to apply.
          Professional:
          Teachers are able to focus on their passion while leaving the rest to us. Pirisen does all of the marketing, scheduling, facility management, recital coordination and other administrative work. Teachers have 24/7 access to their schedules with a phone or other internet connected device.
            Compensation:
            Teachers earn a competitive teaching rate to start and are eligible for higher pay rates over time. Teachers earn ongoing commissions for any students that they refer to Pirisen. Teachers and immediate family are eligible for a 25% discount on all introductory lessons and monthly private and group lesson plans.
              Community:
              Teachers are part of the Pirisen family and surrounded by the best. Teachers can participate in faculty recitals, open houses and community events, if desired.
