Music Teacher- Baby/Toddler Music Meadowlark Music Washington, DC Job Details Part-time | Contract $40 - $80 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Music activities for care recipients Guitar playing Performing arts activities for children Classroom Teaching Singing activities with children Full Job Description Baby-Toddler Music Teacher Looking for an energetic musician that loves kids, families, and sharing their love of music! Teach weekly classes to Babies, Toddlers (ages birth-3.5 years) and their Caregivers. Think scarves, shakers, parachute, giggling babies, sitting in a circle, interacting and having a great time discovering music. Hooray! Must be a singer and play guitar or ukulele (or some portable instrument). Times are generally within the range of 930am-1230pm and 3-5pm. Weekdays or weekends are available. (Schedules are built based on individual teacher availability). Teacher must have their own transportation and be reliably on time and prepared. Classes are 45 minutes in length and teachers are paid per class, based on class size enrolled. ($60-$80 per class). Caregivers take part in class and remain with child for the duration. Possibility of Birthday Parties and Private Lessons as extra hiring opportunities. If this sounds like you, please let us know.
