Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons and group classes
• Teach at our Academy locations, Online and at local schools for after school programs.
• Develop and implement personalized voice lesson plans for students of varying skill levels.
• Incorporate music theory and vocal techniques into lessons to enhance student learning.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with students to set and achieve vocal performance goals.
• Utilize creativity and innovation in curriculum development to cater to individual student needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their vocal abilities. Requirements

Founder The founder of this company, Tavie Basarich, is a successful musician, music educator and entrepreneur. As a musician Tavie has won a songwriting award at The Hollywood Music & Media Awards, had original music featured in Television shows, commercials and Ads and had Artists he produced sign to Universal Records and Wasserman Music. As a music educator, he has helped students get into the following universities:

• The University of Miami, Frost School of Music
• The University of South Florida, USF School of Music
• The New York University, NYU Steinhardt Songwriting Program
• The University of Florida, UF College of the Arts, School of Music As an entrepreneur, he has built the largest music school in Winter Park, now with two locations.

His goal is to attract and hire the very best people to help those people thrive, grow and prosper with the school.
