Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and reliable violin teacher who can teach students from beginner through advanced levels. The ideal candidate's primary instrument is violin and they can also teach piano or guitar, allowing for additional teaching opportunities and a more diverse student schedule. Responsibilities Teach private violin lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, from beginner through advanced. Provide instruction in piano or guitar as a secondary instrument (preferred). Develop individualized lesson plans based on each student's goals and abilities. Prepare students for performances, recitals, auditions, competitions, and examinations as appropriate. Foster a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment. Communicate student progress effectively with families and studio administration. Qualifications Strong violin training (degree in music) and performance background. Ability to teach violin from beginner through advanced levels. Ability to teach piano or guitar is strongly preferred. Degree in Music, Music Education, Performance, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Prior teaching experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, organized, and professional. Schedule Part-time position. Afternoon and evening availability. Opportunities for schedule growth based on student demand.
