Job Description

Job Overview We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Piano Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education, a passion for music education, and the ability to instruct students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching music theory, technique, performance, and appreciation while fostering a love of music in a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities Teach various aspects of music, including playing techniques and music theory. Create a positive lesson atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity. Provide constructive feedback to support students' musical growth. Prepare students for performances and recitals. Collaborate with staff and other music teachers on group classes and master classes. Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Qualifications Please note that if you are passionate about teaching music but do not meet all of the qualifications listed below, we encourage you to apply regardless. We are always willing to train the right candidates! Expertise in piano (additional expertise in other instruments is a huge plus!). Experience with providing individualized music instruction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff members. Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience in early childhood education or adult/senior education is a plus. Ability to teach various musical styles and genres. A passion for teaching music and inspiring students to explore their musical talents.
