Adjunct Voice Instructor Covenant Christian Academy - 3.9 Peabody, MA Job Details $27 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description Adjunct Voice Instructor Covenant Christian Academy is seeking qualified professionals to teach music lessons during and/or after school hours as part of our music lesson program. The candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in music performance or equivalent music degree and have had experience teaching music in their area of expertise. The candidate will possess competency to engage in our distinctly Christian and Classical model with a passion for teaching music in a variety of approaches, styles, and formats. We are especially looking for candidates willing to commit to two years or more of teaching in order to maintain stability and consistency in the program. The following position is being sought: Voice Instructor These positions are paid at a rate of $27.00 per half hour lesson with no benefits. Students are guaranteed a total of 28 lessons during the school year. A comprehensive schedule would be provided. Some measure of flexibility in scheduling can be arranged, however we are looking for the final candidate to be at school at least 2 days a week. Candidates must be willing to sign CCA's Statement of Faith and Core Values. Must maintain the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model and mentor both in and out of school, to students, parents, fellow faculty members and employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living.
