Ann Parsley School of Dance is expanding into music education and seeking a passionate and reliable Piano Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a piano program within an established performing arts environment that supports young artists across multiple disciplines. This position is ideal for pianists, educators, or working artists who enjoy teaching students of all ages in a private lesson format.

Responsibilities:

Provide private and/or small group piano instruction to beginner and intermediate students. Develop individualized lesson plans to foster technique, musicality, and creativity. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress, goals, and scheduling. Collaborate with studio leadership on scheduling, curriculum, and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience teaching piano in a studio, school, or private setting. Strong knowledge of piano technique, music theory, and age-appropriate repertoire. Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for working with youth and families. Ability to work independently and build a loyal student base. Degree in music, music education, or equivalent training is a plus but not required.
