The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piano instruction and a love for teaching students of all ages and skill levels. This role involves leading engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students develop their musical talents. Duties Develop and implement individualized lessons tailored to each student's skill level and learning style. Teach piano techniques, music theory, and performance skills in an engaging manner. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth. Organize recitals and performances to showcase student achievements. Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development to enhance the overall music program. Maintain open communication with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a piano teacher for a minimum of 3 years, with a strong understanding of music theory and piano techniques. Ability to create a positive learning atmosphere that fosters creativity and self-expression. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
