Duties Design and implement comprehensive piano curricula tailored to individual student needs, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners Conduct engaging lessons that emphasize proper technique, sight-reading, music theory, and expressive playing Develop customized lesson plans that promote steady progress and maintain student motivation Incorporate diverse teaching methods such as performance preparation, improvisation, and creative exercises Track student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement Organize recitals or performances to showcase student achievements and boost confidence Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student development and recommend practice strategies Utilize multimedia tools like photography or video recordings to document student performances and milestones when appropriate Experience Proven experience in teaching piano to students of various ages, including early childhood education and adult learners Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse learning styles Join us if you're passionate about music education and eager to make a meaningful impact on students' lives!
