Role:
Join Lake Music Center as a Music Teacher, where your passion for music will inspire students of all ages! We are looking for enthusiastic educators to foster creativity and musical talent in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. Teach various instruments and vocal techniques in both group and private settings. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Organize and prepare students for recitals, performances, and competitions. Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with other music educators to create a vibrant music program. Stay updated on music education trends and methodologies. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field preferred. Experience teaching music to students of various ages and skill levels. Proficiency in Voice, Guitar, Piano and Drum Set Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment. Patience and passion for teaching music. Knowledge of music theory and composition is a plus. Background check clearance required.
