Piano Teacher (with Potential for Growth)

Bucks County, PA (340 Park Ave. Chalfont, PA)

Monday Evenings Tuesday Evenings FRiday Evenings About Us:
We are a well-established music studio in Bucks County, PA , dedicated to providing high-quality music education to students of all ages and skill levels. Our students are our top priority, and we believe in fostering a positive, encouraging, and creative learning environment. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic Piano Teacher to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Teach private piano lessons to students of all ages and skill levels (from beginners to advanced). Provide customized lesson plans to meet each student's individual learning style and goals. Maintain clear communication with students and their families regarding lesson progress, attendance, and goals. Create a fun, inspiring, and challenging learning environment. Foster students' passion for music and help them develop their technical and performance skills. Participate in studio events such as recitals or student showcases (as applicable). Bonus Skills (not required, but preferred): Ability to teach additional instruments such as voice , guitar , or other mainstream instruments . Experience teaching group classes or workshops. Knowledge of other musical genres or styles (e.g., jazz, pop, classical, etc.).
Qualifications:
Experience :
At least 2 years of teaching experience (private lessons or group lessons).
Education :
A degree in music, music education, or equivalent experience in piano performance is preferred.
Skills :
Strong piano technique and ability to teach a variety of musical styles. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
Personality :
A patient, encouraging, and positive teaching style. Must be reliable and professional.
Availability :
Must be available on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons with flexibility to take on additional hours in the future. Preferred (but not required) : Experience teaching other instruments (e.g., voice, guitar, etc.).
