Provide piano accompaniment, guide collaborative playing, and coach students in chamber, ensemble, and choral settings to develop musicianship and listening skills. Select appropriate repertoire, technical studies, and exercises according to student proficiency levels. Evaluate student progress and provide technical and musical feedback. Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, professional development, and academy-sponsored events.
