Northridge Local Schools Band Teacher/Band Director Northridge Local Schools is seeking a motivated and passionate Band Teacher/Band Director to lead and build our 6-12 instrumental music program for school year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will inspire student musicians, provide strong leadership and communication skills, promote musical excellence, and take an active role in developing and growing the band program. Candidates must hold a valid Ohio Teacher's License, a Pupil Activity Permit, have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, and be dedicated to student achievement through music education. The Board of Education believes that quality education is not possible in an environment affected by drugs.
