Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Voice, and Piano Music Teacher for private and group lessons to inspire students of all ages through personalized instruction in various musical instruments and vocal techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster a love for music, develop individual talents, and cultivate confidence in learners. As a Private Music Teacher, you will design engaging lessons tailored to each student's skill level, interests, and goals, creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and creativity. Responsibilities Help provide a customized curriculum plan that align with each student's musical interests, skill level, and learning objectives Deliver engaging, energetic lessons in person or virtually, utilizing diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans accordingly to ensure continuous improvement Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages students to explore their musical potential Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and focused learning environment Prepare students for performances, exams, or recitals by guiding practice routines and offering constructive feedback Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, progress reports, and attendance to track development over time Requirements Proven experience in teaching music or providing private lessons across various instruments or vocal training Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored to individual learners' needs Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students of all ages, including children and adults Experience working with children, early childhood education, preschool experience, or special education is highly desirable Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate elements like theater arts, dance (ballet or dancing), or other creative disciplines when relevant Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and productive learning environment Passion for childhood development and nurturing young learners' musical talents through patience and encouragement Join us in shaping the next generation of musicians by sharing your expertise in a vibrant, supportive setting. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
