6 Mesa, AZ Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Qualifications Volunteer management Full Job Description Company Description The mission of Christ's Church of the Valley is to win people to Jesus Christ, train believers to become disciples, and send disciples to impact the world. The Students Ministry supports the mission of CCV by shaping students to become Christ-centered difference makers. The Students Pastor will assist pastoring Junior and Senior High students through recruiting, training, and retaining youth coaches, as well as implementing Junior and Senior High school programs and events. The Students Pastor will also assist in growing the campus in all areas numerically such as attendance, coaches, and baptisms. Job Description Essential Job Functions Execute Junior and Senior High events and programs Cast the overall CCV & Students Ministry vision with parents and volunteers Provide pastoral care for families and coaches Recruit, train, and retain volunteers for all weekend areas and events Develop and maintain school campus involvement Following up with first time students Collect and report accurate weekly attendance according to established standards and deadlines Work with the team to plan and execute various church-wide events. These may include, but are not limited to: Kick off events Easter Christmas Eve Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
