Job Description
Assistant Professor (Anza, CA) Teach and develop courses in theology, ministry, and related disciplines, ensuring academic rigor and alignment with program outcomes. Advise and mentor students to foster their intellectual, professional, and spiritual growth. Create and evaluate curriculum materials, assessments, and learning experiences to support educational quality and continuous improvement. Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications and professional presentations. Participate in service activities, including committee work, institutional planning, and engagement with academic and community organizations. 40 hrs/wk, Offered wage: $73,440/yr, Master's degree in Ministry / Theology / Divinity or related required.
