Job Description St. Paul's seeks a Rector who: Preaches sermons that focus on Scriptural insight and salvific guidance Has the energy and commitment to support expansion of weekday sacramental worship Is comfortable socially interacting with individuals from differing cultural heritages and economic backgrounds Is an empathetic and genial pastor who seeks to know each and every member of our parish and renders compassionate spiritual care in time of need Possesses the leadership skills to develop and initiate strategic plans to achieve congregational growth and motivate increased existing member involvement Has the academic interest and skill to develop curricula and teach study groups on theological topics of interest Type of Commitment Full Time Does this job pay?
