City Park Church Website Next Generation Director Youth Director Position Responsibilities:

Passion for teaching and leading students Facilitate discipleship of 6 th - 12 th grade students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through weekly Bible teaching, events, retreats and mission trips. Teach well-prepared, relevant, biblical messages at weekly Middle and High School Youth Groups Cultivate a fun, hospitable, and safe environment at weekly Youth Groups. Care for, spend time with, and disciple students from grades 6 th through 12 th Develop and sustain a healthy team of Volunteers. Partner with parents to encourage discipleship that starts at home Create a welcoming environment that challenges students to grow in their faith, service and leadership abilities Actively make an effort to ensure the growth and health of the ministry Attend staff meetings and participate in planning and implementing church programs that will fulfill the mission and vision of the church Plan events that will introduce unreached teenagers. Be a visionary leader who casts, carries out, and communicates the vision and mission for a strong and thriving youth ministry. Establish and monitor an annual budget for the youth Sunday morning

Bridge Young Adult Director Responsibilities:

Passion for teaching and leading college/young professionals Facilitate discipleship relationships with Jesus Christ through weekly Bible teaching, events, retreats and mission trips. Teach well-prepared, relevant, biblical messages at weekly gatherings Cultivate a fun, hospitable, and safe environment at weekly gatherings Care for, spend time with, and disciple the young adults Develop and sustain a healthy team of Volunteers Partner with on-campus ministries to connect with college students Create a welcoming environment that challenges students to grow in their faith, service, and leadership abilities Actively make an effort to ensure the growth and health of the ministry Attend staff meetings and participate in planning and implementing church programs that will fulfill the mission and vision of the church Plan events for the young adults Establish and monitor the annual budget Outside of youth and young adults, they must serve at our food distribution on Tuesdays This position reports to the Lead Pastor The top candidate will exhibit these qualities: Strong and consistent personal relationship with Jesus Christ Must have a teachable spirit Commitment to the mission and vision of City Park Church Ability to work well as a team Independently motivated Have a passion for Kingdom growth Have a passion for discipleship Disciplined and hardworking Able to lead effectively across all ages A desire and willingness to grow and develop A team player
