Key Responsibilities:
Design and refine curriculum maps, lessons, and units of study that meet or exceeds Common Core Standards while incorporating multiple intelligences Assess student progress and achievement using diverse methods and data collection Differentiate instruction to ensure grade-level or above performance Build strong classroom culture through CWC's social-emotional learning while contributing to the broader school community Create a joyful, caring classroom environment focused on community building and conflict resolution Empower students to be peacemakers and agents for positive social change Participate in internal and external professional development Maintain active communication and engagement with colleagues, families, and school stakeholders Contribute to school community and mission advancement Bachelor's degree California multiple subject teaching credential or applicable single subject credential CLAD or BCLAD certification Successful completion of CBEST or Basic Skills Requirement Minimum two years of teaching experience in relevant grad Experience working within a socio-economic, racial, and culturally diverse classroom setting and student populations Strong group instruction and management skills Demonstrated ability to work with children in a caring and respectful manner

Preferred Qualifications:
