Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Physical Education (PE) Teacher to inspire students to develop lifelong healthy habits through engaging and innovative physical activity programs. In this role, you will foster a positive Christian learning environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Your enthusiasm for physical education and commitment to student well-being will help students unlock their full potential physically, emotionally and academically. Duties Design and implement comprehensive PE curricula that incorporate curriculum development principles, learning technology, and to create engaging lesson plans. Lead classroom activities that promote physical fitness, motor skills development, and health education tailored to diverse student needs, including those with autism or special education requirements. Manage classroom behavior effectively through proven classroom management strategies, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing methods and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, academic advising, and integrating literacy education and math into physical activities when appropriate. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student performance, communicate with parents, and document lesson plans and assessments efficiently. Experience no. Demonstrated expertise in teaching physical education with a focus on working with children of varying ages and abilities, including those requiring special education accommodations. Strong background in classroom management, behavior management, and working with individuals with autism or other developmental needs. Experience in lesson planning that integrates literacy education, math concepts, and healt. Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues effectively while providing yu advising when needed.
